Condo Rental in St. John

Rental Rates 2010 - 2011

• September 1-November 19    $250 per night
• November 20 - December 14 $300 per night
• December 15 - January 3       $400 per night
• January 4 - April 17                $300 per night
• April 25 - August 31               $250 per night
• In addition, there is a standard 8% USVI tax

Rental Policy: We do not rent to guests under 26 unless accompanied by parents.

• Three-night minimum
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Children are welcome
• No smoking
• Pets not permitted

Deposit Policy:

• $500 deposit by credit card or check required to confirm reservation.
• Outstanding balance due three weeks before arrival.

Refund Policy:

• Complete refund by check if cancellation occurs 30 days or more before arrival date or if a replacement rental is booked.
